Cake and Fine Desserts:

 I started baking as a teenager for the "Kaffee und Kuchen" (coffee and cake) that occurs every Saturday and Sunday in Europe as families gather to spend time together over a mid afternoon dessert.

After I moved to California, I continued to learn and practice as my son requested that I make special shaped cakes for his birthday. He would draw me a picture and I would try my best to recreate his 'vision'. This was followed by taking the Wilton Cake Decorating Class Series and being asked to make desserts for many family gatherings. Often there were comments like " you should try to sell your desserts, they are beautiful and taste so good".

All my products are 100% handmade from basic ingredients like flour,sugar and chocolate. Any food allergies can be taken into account upon notification.

I can produce desserts ( cakes: sculpted or stacked), cupcakes and cookies for parties of 50-75 people. All orders are custom order only, at least 5-7days prior notice to the event and my travel/delivery distance is about 50 miles surrounding Mountain View, California ( extra charge added).
